Could you vote for this development so we count all requests correctly.
Currently, we do not show the creator of the document either in the interface or on the PDF.
We plan to add an indication to the interface that shows who the creator of the document is. This information will also be available from the list of documents and you can filter on a particular creator.
There are no plans to show this information on PDFs yet. But we are thinking about it.
In the meantime, from the report module, you can find all the documents made by this or that user.
